CEMENT MORTAR PERMEABILITY APPARATUS

Primarily used for testing of integral waterproofing compounds and determination of permeability of cement mortar as per IS 1727 and IS 2645. The apparatus is of six-cell design, suitable for testing 100 mm dia × 50 mm high specimens and is supplied complete with 6 Nos. brass permeability cells, water pressure chamber, six-way distribution system, armoured heavy-duty rubber hose, standard compacting rammer of 500 g, suitable stands for mounting the permeability cells, pressure gauge, pressure regulator and necessary connecting accessories. A suitable air compressor with 60 litre tank capacity, capable of developing pressure up to 7 kg/cm², is also provided for application of the required test pressure.
