MARSHAL STABILITY TESTING MACHINE
Complies with following International Standards - ASTM D6927, ASTM D1559. Application - It is used to measure the resistance to plastic flow of cylindrical specimens of bituminous mixture loaded on the lateral surface.
BENTONITE SLURRY SAMPLER - 50 MTR.
Slurry-Sampler is designed for capturing samples of drilling fluid from any specific depth within an excavation or borehole. This special sampler assures slurry samples taken produce a representative sample for proper test results. The use of a sampler is important for exact depth confirmation of viscosity, specific gravity, pH, and sand content data collection in the drilling fluid.
AUTOMATIC COMPACTOR FOR MARSHAL TEST
It is a motor driven mechanical compactor useful for compaction in to 4" & 6" dia Marshal moulds. It is fitted with a compaction rammer weighing 4.5 kg & 10 kg/ 200 gm. with a free fall of 457 mm. The rammer assembly is provided with a ratchet and pawl arrangement to lift it from the top of the test sample. When the rammer reaches the required height the pawl release the rammer which falls freely on test specimen. The release mechanism is connected by an arm moving up and down which is connected to a reduction gear coupled to the motor through another arm. An automatic blow counter fitted to the compactor is used to set the number of blows. Supplied without Moulds. - Available at extra cost
MUD BALANCE-ASTM D4380
The Mud Balance is used to determine the density (weight per unit volume) of drilling fluids, slurries, and cement as per ASTM D4380. It is essential for monitoring and controlling the density of drilling muds used in oil and gas exploration, ensuring proper wellbore stability and preventing blowouts. The Balance also matches API Recommended Practice 13B-1 (for Water-Based Drilling Fluids), API Recommended Practice 13B-2 (for Oil-Based Drilling Fluids), ISO 10414-1 (Petroleum and natural gas industries – Field testing of drilling fluids)
COMPACT LOADING FRAME - 100 KN
Primarily used for Marshal test. It will be motorized with a uniform vertical movement of 50.8 mm/minute (2"/minute) suitable for operation 230 volts & 50 cycles single phase A.C. supply. It will be fixed with a reversible motor, reversing switch & limit switches to restrict the traveled capacity to 100 KN. As per ASTM D1559. Digital version with PC software also available
SIEVE SEGREGATION TEST SET - IS 1199 (Part 6)
