Double walled construction, Inner stiffened in stout heavy frame. Inner chamber fabricated in low carbon steel duly finished and painted in heat resistant paint. Outer chamber fabricated in low carbon steel duly finished and powder coating painted. Heavily Insulated with high density insulation material from all sides. Rock woll 96kg/m3 Heating elements fabricated low watt density long life u type heaters in Incoloy Front door site opening type, sealed with ceramic gasket. Properly door side with ceramic cord to avoid any leakages. All connection in cold area for minimising maintenance & avoiding accidents. Temperature controlled by PID (Transfer base) Controller. Heater wiring shall be done is fibre glass wires. All switch gears and wiring shall be of reputed make.
