Oven with Control Panel & 6 Nos. Wire mesh Angle Frame Trays {Size: 3ft x 2ft x 2ft – Rating: 12 KW; Motor: 1/2 HP-01 Nos. Capacity: 50 kg

Construction:

  1. All Inner & Outer parts of Oven will be fabricated from CRCA 18 SWG Sheet Material & it will be suitably reinforce with angles.
  2. Oven will be insulated with 100MM Thick Ceramic wool insulation all sides of the Oven.
  3. Oven will have one door at front side. Door will also be insulated with 100MM thick Ceramic wool insulation.
  4. Door will be provided with Special Gasket. Door will be provided with Special locking system. Sturdy plates and hinges For frictionless moving Arrangements

HEATING: 12 KW-440 VOLT- THREE-PHASES:

  1. Heating element will be made of NI-CR Wire Refectory type. It will be located at inside the Oven on Both sides.

Silent Features of Heaters :

  1. Heaters will be low watts & black heat type design. Heaters terminals will be brought outside the Oven body for safety.
  2. Maximum temperature attained by the Oven will be 400 DEG C. and will be Controlled by Digital temperature Controller
  3. The heaters will be placed in such way that each heater will be accessible individually. Heaters will be designed in low watts &black heat type design so no radiation heating inside the Oven & amp; VERY MUCH ACCURATE TEMPERATURE

Air Circulation:

  1. Air inside the Oven will be circulated by a dynamically balanced fan which will be driven by ½ H.P. 1440 RPM vertical totally enclosed fan cooled motor suitable for Operation on 230 Volts 3 phase 50 cycles A.C. supply
  2. The fan will suck air from center of Oven and forced on both sides so that the air Flow will Be passing over the materials.

CONTROL PANEL: 12 KW-440 VOLT- THREE-PHASES:

CONTROL PANEL WILL CONSIST OF FOLLOWING ITEMS

  1. A) Ampere meter for current indication 3 Nos.
  2. B) Volt meter 1 Nos.
  3. C) Digital Temp. controller 1 Nos.
  4. D) Indicating lamps
  5. E) Set of Contactors
  6. F) Toggle switch for Heater ON/OFF
  7. G) Toggle switch for Motor ON/OFF
  8. H) Extra Safety Thermostat.

Safety Features :

  1. Heater and blower are provided with interlock .Unless blower starts, Heater will not start.
