The Artificial Vagina (AV) Sterilises can be used to sterilise the AVs meant for semen collection of cattle / buffalo bulls.Inner Chamber made of mirror polished Stainless Steel (S.S.316) material & Outer body is fabricated from S.S.304 matt finished material. Specification:
- The inner and lid of the equipment chamber will be made of stainless steel SS 316 grade (mat finish) with 50 mm high density glass wool insulation between the walls. The Outer wall is made of S.S.304 matt finished.
- The working size will be inside (working chamber) 600 L x 45O D x 600 H mm including wheel height
- The equipment will have approx. 35 no's capacity to hold Artificial Vagina (AV)/ AV liner / AV Cone on stainless steel SS-316 grade bent rods.
- The equipment will be fitted with 3000 watts water heater and the water heater will be properly covered with stainless steel grill.
- It will have high precision digital temperature display with 0. 1°C resolution.
- It will have temperature setting from ambient to 150°C and automatic thermostatic regulation by PID (proportional integral derivative) controller with precision of 0.5° C.
- The equipment will have leak-proof water drain valve.
- The equipment will also have arrangement to drain out water condensed on the lid.
- The equipment will be mounted on heavy duty castor wheels
- The equipment will be compatible to function with electric power supply in the range of 220 to 240 V and 49 to 51 Hz.
