Double walled, inner chamber S.S.304, Outer chamber also S.S. 304 , 65 mm thick glass wool & PUFF insulation , 80/20 nichrome heating elements placed under ribs at bottom and sides for uniform heat distribution Temp. Range. 5˚C to 60˚C for BOD Incubator and 5˚C above ambient to 70˚C for Bacteriological Incubator, Auto tune Dual Display Digital, forced air circulation, Working on 230 Volts AC Single Phase.

Drying, baking, wax, heat treatment and bacterial culture in one chamber

Salient Features:

  1. Drying, Sterilization and Incubation work can be completed through use of single instrument
  2. Twin model comprises of upper chamber & lower chamber
  3. Upper chamber works as an Bacteriological Incubator, while the lower chamber works as BOD Incubator
  4. Both inner chamber & exterior body are fabricated from Stainless Steel S.S. - 304 grade material
  5. Lower chamber is filled up with 75 mm puff insulation in case of BOD Incubator
  6. Upper chamber is filled up with 75 mm high density glass wool insulation in case of Bacteriological Incubator
  7. Both incubators are fitted with forced air circulation blower and heating elements such that uniform temperature distribution is achieved throughout the working chamber
  8. Quality Heating elements ensures long service life & minimum heat loss within the chamber
  9. Electric Motor located at the back side of unit, which is protected with safety cover to avoid accident
  10. Fitted with special heavy duty Stainless steel lock and door hinges with spring-roller mechanism
  11. Adjustable Shelves to place the Test Samples/Glass wares of varying dimensions
  12. Adjustable air ventilation mounted on sides of the chamber

Air Circulation:

Temperature is maintained by a quiet running blower for better air circulation throughout the chamber. Forced air circulated vertically down and re-circulated throughout the chamber for uniform temperature distribution.

Trays for samples:

  1. Trays of the instrument will be manufactured from strong Stainless steel rods - strong enough to with-stand heavy load of test specimens, which should be equally distributed among trays.
  2. Such trays will also facilitate better air circulation.
  3. The distance between trays will be 15-20 centimeters.

Safety Features:

  1. High temperature safety cut off (Thermostat)
  2. Electrical overload safety (Fuse 10 Amperes)

Pre installation mandatory requirement : (Guarantee void in case of non compliance):

  1. An operator shall maintain Room temperature around machine preferably at 25 °C with air conditioning system or shall arrange for a well ventilated room with exhaust fan. However, surrounding temperature should not exceed 30 °C .
  2. Stabilized Input Voltage of 230 Volt, 50 Hz, 20 Amps, AC Supply must be available for error less performance of the instrument. Use of Servo Controlled Stabilizer is recommended.
