Applications:

To test the culturing of the bacteria and other microorganisms

Salient Features:

  1. Culturing of the bacteria and other microorganisms work can be accelerated through the use of single instrument
  2. Twin model comprises of Upper chamber & Lower chamber
  3. Both Upper & lower chamber works as BOD Incubator
  4. Both inner chamber & exterior body are fabricated from Stainless Steel S.S. - 304 grade material
  5. Bother Upper & Lower chamber are filled up with 75 mm puff insulation
  6. Both incubators are fitted with forced air circulation blower and heating elements such that uniform temperature distribution is achieved throughout the working chamber
  7. Quality Heating elements ensures long service life & minimum heat loss within both the chambers
  8. Electric Motor, located at the back side of unit, is protected with safety cover to avoid accident in both the chamber
  9. Fitted with special heavy duty Stainless steel lock and door hinges with spring-roller mechanism
  10. Adjustable Shelves to place the Test Samples/Glass wares of varying dimensions
  11. Adjustable air ventilation mounted on sides of both the chambers

Air Circulation:

Temperature is maintained by a quiet running blower for better air circulation throughout the chamber. Forced air is circulated vertically down and re-circulated throughout the chamber for uniform temperature distribution.

Heating & Cooling System:

Long lasting U‑Shaped tubular heaters used as heating element. Hermetically sealed CFC free compressor (134 A gas) coupled with evaporation coil and condenser acting as refrigeration system.

Trays for samples:

  1. Trays of both the chambers will be manufactured from strong Stainless steel rods - strong enough to with-stand heavy load of test specimens, which should be equally distributed among trays.
  2. Such trays will also facilitate better air circulation.
  3. The distance between trays will be 15-20 centimeters.

Safety Features:

  1. High temperature safety cut off (Thermostat)
  2. Electrical overload safety (Fuse 10 Amperes)

Pre installation mandatory requirement : (Guarantee void in case of non compliance):

  1. An operator shall maintain Room temperature around machine preferably at 25 °C with air conditioning system or shall arrange for a well ventilated room with exhaust fan. However, surrounding temperature should not exceed 30 °C
  2. Stabilized Input Voltage of 230 Volt, 50 Hz, 20 Amps, AC Supply must be available for error less performance of the instrument. Use of Servo Controlled Stabilizer is recommended.
