Details of apparatus:

Equipped with following parts and accessories

• Soil‑Geotextile Permeameter (Three‑piece unit) ‑ 100mm diameter
• Permeameter accommodates 100 mm diameter test specimen
• Equipped with Support Stand, Soil‑Geotextile support screen, Piping barriers (caulk), Clamping brackets, and Plastic tubing ‑ Fig. 3 of ASTM D5101
• Also, equipped with Two Constant Water Head Devices - One mounted on a jack stand (adjustable) and Another stationary ‑ Fig. 1 of ASTM D5101 for head adjustment and hydraulic gradient application purpose
• Two Soil Support Screens, of approximately 5 mm (No. 4) mesh
• Soil Support Cloth, of 150 μm (No. 100) mesh
• Algae Inhibitor/Micro screen
• Inlet and outlet valves with non-corrosive piping network
• Pressure sensor, i.e. piezo transducer with a maximum pressure 50 kPa, least count 1 mm water head
• Outlet tank with measuring device, i.e Digital flow meter with accuracy of 1 ml/min with Data acquisition system.
• Outlet tank incorporates water circulating pump to pump the discharged water again back to the inlet tank
• Digital Thermometer with interface attachment to dedicated Data acquisition system.
• Digital PLC Controller and Touch screen HMI system
• Computer system, required software for data acquisition.
• Incorporates Soil Leveling Device (Straight Edge or Scrapper)
• Supplied complete with Funnel to facilitate soil placement in the apparatus and Wooden rod, 20 mm dia x 150 mm long for soil compaction purpose
