The rig is custom build with full instrumentation to monitor Pressure, temperatures, flow and power. The visualization section allows greater linkages between theoretical and practical aspects of critical flux.
- Boiling/Condensation cylinder - 300 mm x 80 mm.
- O.D. approximately fitted with sealed end caps with pressure gauge and danfoss switch
- High watt density electric heater - 400 w
- Temperature Indicator with temperature controller for water inlet, outlet, vapor temperature, enclosure temperature & heater temperature – Range ( 0 – 3000 C).
- Voltmeter range ( 0 – 300 V ) - 1 No.
- Ammeter ( 0 – 5 Amp ) - 1 No.
- Dimmer stat ( 0 – 2 Amp. ) , Open type 230 V. A. C.
- Rota meter to measure condenser water flow rate. Range - ( 0-20 lpm )
- Pressure gauge ( 0-2 kg/cm2 ) 1 No.
- Suitable switches on panel board.
