COLD HANDLING CABINET

Specifications:

1. The equipment will be customized for Frozen Semen Straws Production. The evaporation temperature and airflow design will be suitable for equilibration of Semen Straws before freezing.
2. The Exterior dimensions of the equipment will be 45”x34”x54” (LxWxH) and Interior Dimensions will be 40”x22” (LxW). Height of inner chamber at front 7” and at back 20”, as depicted in the sketch diagram placed above.
3. The outer body will be made of 304 Grade 0.7 mm thickness pre-laminated stainless steel sheet. The Inner body will be made of 304 Grade 0.65 mm thickness stainless steel. The insulation will be of 50 mm thickness polyurethane foam.
4. The equipment will have capability to lower the temperature up to 4°C and maintain it in the range of 4-6 °C. Temperature distribution throughout the cabinet will be homogenous for superior equilibration of semen straws before freezing.
5. The equipment will have high precision up to three digit dual LED temperature display (to display actual and set temp.) with 0.1ºC resolution. It will also have automatic thermostatic regulation by PID (proportional integral derivative) controller with precision of ± 0.5º C. It will also have thermometer for temperature control and reading.
6. The equipment will be equipped with UV Light (36 W) for germ protection and fluorescent light (36 W) for illumination and one set of spare socket and switch of 15 Amp.
7. The condenser unit must be split type, compressor of Emerson/ Denfoss or equivalent make, Large seamless condenser coil with copper tubing, Liquid line solenoid valve, liquid overfed protection device and shaded pole fan motor for condenser cooling.
8. It will be mounted on heavy duty wheels for easy portability.
9. The bottom portion will be fabricated as a storage cabinet without refrigeration.
10. The door will be of 10 mm Acrylic/ Perspex transparent sheet with smooth operation for enhanced visibility and product accessibility.
11. It will have automatic programmable defrosting function.
12. The inside chamber of cabinet will have good protection against humidity.
13. The running vibrations generated by the refrigerator will be below 70 dB for silent operation and no harmful vibrations will be generated by the machine.
