The Fully Automatic Digital Mortar Mixer is designed for the preparation of standard cement mortar prisms in accordance with EN 196-1, EN 196-3, IS 4031, and ASTM C451. It features a 5-liter nominal capacity, microprocessor-based control, and an integrated sand dispenser for accurate and repeatable mixing.

- Mixer blade has Rotational low speed of (140 ± 5 rpm) and Rotational high speed of (285 ± 10 rpm).
- It also has a planetary movement of (62 ± 5 rpm) in low range and planetary movement of (125 ± 10 rpm) in high range.
Details and working principle :
The mixer is designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of EN 196. The mixing paddle has a planetary motion and is driven by a motor with a microprocessor based speed and program controller. When the mixer is used in the manual mode, the two mixing speeds can be changed by means of a button, without switching off the motor.
Also, machine has been designed to prepare cement mortar for strength determination as specified in IS: 4031. It can also be used in mixing lime with pozzolanic materials for determination of lime reactivity (as per IS: 1727) and for uniform mixing of soils with additives such as lime, cement.
