This test is intended to evaluate the compressive strength at elastic limit as well as maximum compressive strength of plywood.

Note

  1. End user shall have tensile machine capable of offering Load rate of 0.003 cm/cm length of the specimen per minute within a permissible variation of ± 25 percent
  2. End user shall have tensile machine and software capable of offering Yield load deformation curve to determine the modulus of elasticity and proportional limit
