ULTRA LOW TEMP. KINEMATIC VISCOSITY BATH - (-40˚C) - COMPLETE S.S.
Suited for 4 Viscometer at a time. Compliance with ASTM D445, IS 1448 (P 25).
ROUND JAR KINEMATIC VISCOSITY BATH-(ABOVE AMBIENT)-FOR 4 VISCOMETERS
This equipment is used to determine the kinematic and intrinsic viscosity of fuels, lubricants, and petrochemical raw materials at constant temperatures, following ASTM D 445 and similar methods. It features a 4-test bath with a round glass vessel, a digital temperature controller with dual display, and a PT-100 sensor. The temperature range is from 5°C above ambient to 150°C with ±0.5°C accuracy. It includes a motorized stirrer, a lighting attachment, and a universal viscometer holder. The system operates on 230V single phase. Glass U-tube viscometers are available separately.
ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBER FOR CREEP TENSILE TESTING - ASTM D6992
As per ASTM D6992,Environmental Chamber is designed to provide precise temperature control for creep tensile testing. It ensures accurate and reliable testing conditions for assessing material behavior under varied environmental influences. The chamber's robust construction and user-friendly features support consistent performance and easy integration with your testing equipment.
DETERMINATION OF RESISTANCE TO THERMAL SHOCK ON GLASSWARE
AS PER IS 6506.1972(R.A.2017) - Hot and Cold Water method. This method applies to all kinds of glass containers for pharmaceutical use, whose test temperature difference is less than 100℃. Apparatus as IS:11930(ISO 7459) also available
GO-NOGO HEIGHT GAUGE - FOR BOTTLES
Go/No-Go gauges are precision tools used in quality control to verify whether a glass bottle's dimensions, such as height, fall within specified tolerances. These gauges provide a simple pass/fail assessment, ensuring that each bottle meets the required standards.
SILVER STRIPS-FOR SILVER CORROSION TEST-IP 227
SILVER STRIPS-FOR SILVER CORROSION TEST-IP 227: 18mm L x 12.5mm W x 3mm T
SAYBOLT VISCOMETER-WITH TWO TUBES
The Saybolt Viscometer is used to determine empirical measurement of Saybolt Viscosity of petroleum products at specified temperatures. The time it takes for a 60 ml sample to flow through a tube with a specified diameter (furol (3.150 mm) or universal (1.765 mm) ) is measured and reported in seconds. The viscometer can be used for temperatures between 25 and 50 °C.The viscometer includes waterbath, motorized stirrer, electric heater with digital temp.controller with control accuracy of ± 0.1°C. (The room temp. must be @ 20-21°C to achieve control accuracy) Refrigerated Model also available
WATER CONTENT OF BITUMEN EMULSION - IS 1211
A reliable apparatus designed for precise moisture determination in tar and bitumen as per IS 1211 and IP 291 standards. Complete with a 500 ml heat-resistant flask, condenser, and a choice of 2 ml or 10 ml receiver.
APPARATUS FOR DETERMINATION OF RESIDUE ON SIEVE
To determine the residue on the sieve as per IS:8887, the test involves assessing the fineness of materials by sieving them through a designated mesh sieve and quantifying the remaining material (residue). This test is essential in quality control processes to ensure that materials meet specified fineness and consistency requirements.
