Go/No-Go gauges are precision tools used in quality control to verify whether a glass bottle's dimensions, such as height, fall within specified tolerances. These gauges provide a simple pass/fail assessment, ensuring that each bottle meets the required standards.

For rapid assessments of height, a Go/No-Go gauge is designed for  height verification. A gauge has two reference points:

  1. Go Side: Confirms the bottle is not shorter than the minimum acceptable height.
  2. No-Go Side: Ensures the bottle does not exceed the maximum permissible height.

By placing the bottle against these reference points, inspectors can quickly determine if the height is within the specified range.

  1. Range - 0-400 mm.
  2. Resolution - 1 mm.
  3. Made of mild steel material with heavy 25 mm base. 
  4. Gear arrangement for height adjustable.
  5. Chrome plated scale-2 nos.
