Operating Procedure

Preparation: Switch on the machine and position the specimen using the centering apparatus.

Parameter Setup:

  1. Set test parameters, including pace rate (required only when specimen type changes).
  2. Select the compression or flexure frame via the changeover valve.
  3. Testing: Press the START button on the control unit to initiate the test. The machine automatically:
  4. Performs rapid approach.
  5. Adjusts to the specified test speed.
  6. Stops upon specimen failure.
  7. Saves test parameters and results.
