The Universal load frame is a system designed for carrying out 3 different tests, mainly CBR Test, Unconfined Compression test and Marshal Stability test. The Load Frame is equipped with a Digital Speed indicator on which any pre-defined speed can be digitally set. There no gear and lever to mechanically adjust the loading speed. The Load can be measured either by a Proving ring or Digital Load Indicator (available at extra cost). Similarly, the displacement can be measured by Dial Gauge or LVDT (available at extra cost). Digital Universal Load indicator with LVDT and software are offered separately. Client can also use his own proving ring and dial gauge if he so desires. Cost of Load Frame only.

The Load Frame indicates the loading speed Digitally and the desired speed as per the test can be digitally pre-set. Load indicator to be purchased separately

  1. 3 KVA servo stabilizer is must to operate the machine, which can be supplied at extra cost.
  2. Accessories for CBR, Triaxial, Unconfined test and Marshal Test has to be purchased separately
  3. PC software, Universal Load indicator are offered at extra cost.
