  • BRAZILIAN TEST APPARATUS AS PER IS : 10082 (1981)

As per IS : 10082 (1981). A loading frame, 100kN Capacity, having a base and a cross head joined together with two solid pillars with nuts. On the base, a 100kN hydraulic jack is fixed between the pillars & a heavy duty pumping unit and oil reservoir on the side. A 100kN capacity pressure gauge is fixed to the jack for indicating the load on the specimen. An operating handle for the jack is also provided. One Brazilian Attachment for 'NX' size core size specimen with thickness half the diameter is supplied as a standard. Digital version also available

  • BRAZILIAN TEST APPARATUS- DIGITAL

As per IS : 10082 (1981). It is for conducting Brazilian Test on 50 mm diameter samples to 100 mm diameter samples. Loading jaws for 60 X 30, 70 X 35, 80 X 40, 90 X 45 and 100 X 50 mm samples, to be purchased separately. The Instrument as per ASTM D3967 is also available.

  • DIGITAL UNCONFINED COMPRESSION TESTER FOR ROCK - IS 9143

The test provides critical input for geotechnical design, rock engineering, and mining operations by quantifying the rock's load-bearing capacity. Capacity available 500KN. Consist of a Load frame and a motorized pumping with digital load indication. Platens as per ASTM 2938 available at extra cost. As per IS:9143/ ASTM D7012/ ASTM D2938/BS EN 1926.

  • MODULUS OF ELASTICITY FOR ROCK / CONCRETE

The modulus of elasticity (or Young's modulus) of rock is an important parameter in rock mechanics, indicating the rock's ability to deform elastically under load. The modulus of elasticity is typically determined during an unconfined compression test by measuring axial strain under applied stress.Complete with 500 KN Automatic Pace Rate Control machine with attachment for Digital Readout of Modulus of elasticity for rock along with determination of Poisson's ratio along with a displacement sensor

  • POINT LOAD INDEX TESTER-HAND OPERATED

As per IS 8764. It consists of a load frame for applying loads up to 100 KN, on which a manual hydraulic jack is mounted. The instrument accepts core specimens up to 4” (101,6 mm) diameter which are loaded by two cone shaped points. The applied load is measured by with Two Pressure Gauge of 25 KN and 100 KN. With NABL Calibration at extra cost. Motorized version also available : Price on request.

  • CERCHAR ABRASIVITY INDEX TEST ON ROCK SAMPLE - ASTM D7625-10

Abrasively Index Test on Rock Sample - ASTM D7625-10 (Cerchar Abrasivity Index ) Supplied without Microscope. Supplied with 10 Nos. stylus

  • ELECTRIC BALL DROP IMPACT TESTER - EN 14617 (Part 9)

Determination of impact resistance of Agglomerated stone as per EN 14617 Part 9

  • POROSITY AND DENSITY DETERMINATION OF ROCK - IS:13030

Porosity and Density Determination of Rock Using Saturation and Caliper Techniques. The saturation and caliper techniques are commonly used to determine the porosity and density of rocks. These methods provide detailed insights into the rock's physical properties, which are crucial for various applications, including geology, civil engineering, and petroleum engineering. As per IS:13030-1991(R.A.2021)

  • DIGITAL POINT LOAD INDEX TESTER

As per ASTM D5731, IS:8764. Capacity 100 KN X 0.01 KN, with Calibration.

  • TRIAXIAL TESTING MACHINE FOR ROCK

The Rock Triaxial Testing Machine is designed for comprehensive testing of rock specimens under static and dynamic loading conditions. Conforming to international standards, it allows for Triaxial, Unconfined, and Indirect Tensile tests, making it an ideal choice for geotechnical, mining, and rock mechanics applications.

  • ROCK SHEAR BOX APPARATUS

The direct shear test assesses the shear strength parameters of rock under various normal stresses. It provides data on the cohesion and internal friction angle of the rock, essential for understanding rock behavior under different loading conditions.

  • ROCK SHEAR BOX APPARATUS - DIGITAL

The rock shear apparatus test, as per ASTM D5607 and ISRM (International Society for Rock Mechanics), evaluates the direct shear strength of rock specimens, including intact rock and rock discontinuities. Electronic Model with Data logging facility.

  • HOEK CELL FOR ROCK TRIAXIAL - NX - 54.7MM

Hoek cells have been designed to be used for triaxial testing of rock specimens. Hoek cells comprise a steel body complete with two quick release self-sealing couplings, two steel end caps which are screwed to the cell body, 2 pieces of upper and 2 pieces of lower loading caps with spherical coupling and a rubber sealing sleeve to separate the specimen from the cell fluid.
