The Sieve Segregation Test, also known as the Set-Stability Test, is used to evaluate the segregation resistance of self-compacting concrete (SCC). This test helps determine the uniformity of SCC by assessing its ability to maintain homogeneity and resist segregation, which is critical to ensure the quality and performance of the concrete. As per IS 1199 (Part 6) : 2018, EN 12350-11: Testing fresh concrete – Part 11: EFNARC Guidelines for Self-Compacting Concrete.

V FUNNEL TEST APPARATUS (ACRYLIC)
The V‑ Funnel flow time is the period in which, a defined volume of SCC (self‑consolidating concrete) needs to pass through a narrow opening and gives an indication of the filing ability of SCC, provided that blocking and or segregation do not take place. The flow time of the V‑Funnel test is to some degree related to the plastic viscosity.
CONCRETE PERMEABILITY TESTER
Compliance Standards : IS 516 (Part 2/Sec1): 2018, BS EN 12390 (PART 8). Applications : Water Penetration testing machine is at 3 points to determine the depth of penetration of the water into the concrete (impermeability) under known time and pressure. An operator can test any - Concrete cylinder of size 150 mm dia. X 160 mm high or cube moulds of 150 x 150 x 150 mm dimensions. Supplied complete with necessary Spanners and Air compressor of required capacity.
FLEXURAL STRENGTH TESTING MACHINE - DIGITAL
Suitable to test as IS:9399-1979 (R.A.2013)/IS 516 (Part 1/Sec 1) : 2021. Used for the determination of Flexural strength strength of concrete, prism of 15 x 15 x 70 cm or 10 x 10 x 50 cm by third point loading method, Complete with motorized pumping unit, Digital Load indicator, To work on 220 Volts AC single Phase.
INITIAL SURFACE ABSORPTION TEST APPARATUS (ISAT)
The Initial Surface Absorption Test (ISAT) apparatus is used to measure the rate of water absorption on the surface of concrete. This test provides an indicator of the permeability of the concrete surface, which directly relates to its durability. High initial absorption can indicate low durability and higher susceptibility to freeze-thaw cycles, chloride ingress, or carbonation. As per BS 1881: Part 208:1996.
