INITIAL SURFACE ABSORPTION TEST APPARATUS (ISAT)
The Initial Surface Absorption Test (ISAT) apparatus is used to measure the rate of water absorption on the surface of concrete. This test provides an indicator of the permeability of the concrete surface, which directly relates to its durability. High initial absorption can indicate low durability and higher susceptibility to freeze-thaw cycles, chloride ingress, or carbonation. As per BS 1881: Part 208:1996.
LENGTH COMPARATOR
Compliance Standards: IS 4139, IS : 12894, Application: To measure length change in AAC Blocks/ calcium silicate bricks/Cement concrete specimens, using a suitable micrometer. Supplied with Digital Dial Gauge (0.001mm) and a standardization bar
RIFFLE SAMPLE DIVIDER FOR SOIL & AGGREGATES
This equipment is crucial for preparing samples for other soil and aggregate tests like sieve analysis, specific gravity, water absorption, CBR Test, Proctor test etc., ensuring the samples used are representative of the entire batch. As per IS:1607/IS:2720(Part 1)/ASTM C702 / C702M - 18/BS 812-102:1989/EN 932-2:1999

VACUUM OVEN - GMP - 45 X 45 X 45 CM - 92 LITERS-
Double walled, working chamber of made of S.S.316 mirror polished and outside made of S.S.304. The door is of S.S. with center glass window for viewing without opening the door. Temp. controlled from 50°C - 200°C by AUTO TUNING PID Digital Temp. indicating controller, complete with Vacuum gauge, vacuum release valve, a removable shelf but without vacuum Pump. Working on 230 V AC Single phase.
COPPER STRIP CORROSION TEST APP-DIGITAL-ASTM D130
The Copper Strip Tarnish Test assesses the relative degree of corrosivity of petroleum products, including aviation fuels, automotive gasoline, natural gasoline, solvents, kerosene, diesel fuel, distillate fuel oil, lubricating oil and other products. A polished copper strip is immersed in 30 mL of sample at elevated temperature. After the test period, the strip is examined for evidence of corrosion and a classification number from 1 4 is assigned based on a comparison with the ASTM Copper Strip Corrosion Standards. Supplied with One no. each S.S. BOMB (Copper Corrosion test vessel, stainless steel with O rings, screw type cap, for use up to 100 psi), Glass Test Tube, Copper strip (Pack of 3) Indian make laminated corrosion comparison chart and a Glass Thermometer.
