WATER COOLER TRAINER-
'THE WATER COOLER' Test Rig enables students to study and understand Vapour Compression Cycle, its components, principle and working. All the components are mounted on rigid steel frame. The trainer consists of a hermetically sealed compressor, forced convection air‑cooled condenser, filter / drier, flow meter, expansion device and coil wound type evaporator. Separate pressure gauges are provided to record suction and discharge pressures and digital temperature indicators for various temperatures. The refrigerant used is R‑134 a which is environment friendly.

The Butyrometer waterbaths are generally used in the laboratory to maintain the temperature of the samples constant.
COOLING TOWER TEST RIG
Test Rig enables students to study and understand Cooling Tower, its components, principle and working. Cooling towers are a very important part of many chemical plants. The primary task of a cooling tower is to reject heat into the atmosphere. They represent a relatively inexpensive and dependable means of removing low‑grade heat from cooling water. The make‑up water source is used to replenish water lost to evaporation. Hot water from heat exchangers is sent to the cooling tower. The water exits the cooling tower and is sent back to the exchangers or to other units for further cooling.
LENGTH GAUGE - (BS - 812)
This instrument is used to determine the elongation index of aggregates. Particle is elongated when its length (longest dimension) is more than 1.8 of the midsize of the sieve fraction
WELDING ROD OVEN-50 KG
Double walled construction with inner chamber fabricated in low carbon steel, stiffened in a stout heavy frame and finished with heat resistant paint. Outer chamber is fabricated in low carbon steel with powder coating finish. Heavily insulated with high density insulation material. Fitted with long life Incoloy U-type heating elements, PID (Transfer Base) Temperature Controller, ceramic gasket sealed front door, fiberglass heater wiring, and reputed make switches & wiring for safe, reliable and efficient operation.
REFRIGERATION TEST RIG
The REFRIGERATION test rig works on simple vapor compression refrigeration cycle and uses R‑134a as a refrigerant. It is environment friendly refrigerant gas available in the market. The system is fabricated such that students can observe and study vapor compression cycle, its component principle & working. The arrangement of parts is such that, all the parts are visible, within reach and working can be easily understood

This apparatus is suitable for determining the close cup flash point of petroleum and mixtures according to IP 33 and IP 170 and also IS 1448(P:20) 2019 . It is suitable for oils whose flashes below 70°C. It is supplied with oil cup, cover fitted with Geared FHP Motor driven stirrer(120 RPM), thermometer socket, Copper. Water Bath, Stand. FLOW CONE APPARATUS-EN 445-
Made of Stainless Steel Material Used for determining the flow properties of mortars, grouts, muds and many other type of fluid materials. The apparatus comprises a metal stand supporting the stainless steel cone having inside dimensions of 150 mm inside upper dia. x 280 mm height. When fit with the 10 mm nozzle the total height is 350 mm.
