ELECTRODE DRYING BENCH OVEN - 25 KG
Drying & re-drying ovens for Electrodes and SAW flux provides uniform heating through well dispersed multiple heating elements. Thick glass wool thermal insulation ensures heat retention and efcient utilization of energy. User friendly controls with simple knobs for portable ovens and digital control panels & display for the bench and ux ovens reduce operator fatigue. The Flux ovens are designed for top loading and bottom dispensing with slag screen that acts as a sieve to lter out contaminants and to protect the heating elements.
SEPARATING & THROTTLING CALORIMETER
SEPARATING CALORIMETER : - It consists of two concentric chambers, the inner chamber and the outer chamber, which communicates with each other through an opening at the top. As the steam discharges through the metal basket, which has a large number of holes, the water particles due to their heavier momentum get separated from the steam and collect in the chamber. The comparatively dry steam in the inner chamber moves up and then down aging through the annular space between the two chambers and enters the Throttling Calorimeter. THROTTLING CALORIMETER : - It consists a narrow throat (Orifice). Pressure and temperature are measured by pressure gauge and thermometer. The steam after throttling process passes through the heat exchanger and condensate is collected. Steam Generator is also provided to supply the saturated steam (Max.) at 2kg/cm2 pressure.

BRE SCREED TESTER WITHOUT DIAL GAUGE
The BRE Screed Tester is designed to measure the soundness of a sand and cement floor screed. The device consists of a 1 m long, cylindrical guide rod, along which an annular weight of 4kg (or 2kg) travels when released. At the bottom of the guide rod the weight strikes the collar of a case-hardened steel anvil which transmits the impact to the surface of the screed. Four successive impact blows on the same spot are sufficient to test the soundness of the screed. The depth of indentation is measured with an electric or mechanical depth gauge. At the end of taking readings, a number of statistical values are then calculated and printed from the data. Guidance is given on the use of the screed tester for testing floating screeds using a 2 kg annular weight in place of the 4 kg weight normally used.

The Universal load frame is a system designed for carrying out 3 different tests, mainly CBR Test, Unconfined Compression test and Marshal Stability test. The Load Frame is equipped with a Digital Speed indicator on which any pre-defined speed can be digitally set. There no gear and lever to mechanically adjust the loading speed. The Load can be measured either by a Proving ring or Digital Load Indicator . Similarly, the displacement can be measured by Dial Gauge or LVDT.Digital Universal Load indicator with LVDT and software are offered separately. Client can also use his own proving ring and dial gauge if he so desires. Cost of Load Frame only.

The machine is designed to determine the creep of the concrete cylindrical mold subject to sustain longitudinal compressive load as per ASTM C 512. The test method is limit to concrete in which the max aggregate size does not exceed 50 mm.
