PLASTIC LIMIT APPARATUS - IS-2720 (PART-VII)
The plastic limit test of soil is used to determine the moisture content at which soil changes from a plastic to a brittle or friable state. Packed in wooden box. As per IS-2720 (PART-VII), EN ISO 17892 (PART 12), BS 1377 (P-2), ASTM D4318
FLEXURAL STRENGTH TESTING MACHINE - DIGITAL
Suitable to test as IS:9399-1979 (R.A.2013)/IS 516 (Part 1/Sec 1) : 2021. Used for the determination of Flexural strength strength of concrete, prism of 15 x 15 x 70 cm or 10 x 10 x 50 cm by third point loading method, Complete with motorized pumping unit, Digital Load indicator, To work on 220 Volts AC single Phase.
LE-CHATLIER MOULD (FOR SOUNDNESS TEST)
The soundness test determines the ability of cement or lime to retain its volume after setting. Unsound materials can expand excessively after hardening, leading to cracks or disintegration in structures. This test is critical for ensuring structural durability and reliability. As per IS 4031 (Part 3), ASTM C151, EN 196-3:
GRADIENT RATIO TEST APPARATUS - (ASTM D 5101)-
Complies with following International Standards : ASTM D5101. Purpose : This test method covers a performance test applicable for determining the Soil‑Geotextile system permeability and clogging behavior under unidirectional flow conditions.
HIGH SPEED SOIL STIRRER - IS 2720(IV)
The high-speed soil stirrer is a valuable tool in particle size analysis, ensuring that soil particles are properly dispersed, which leads to more reliable and repeatable test outcomes. Complies with IS : 2720 (PART IV), AASHTHO T88, ASTM D7928, BS : 1377‑2.
BOILING POINT OF ENGINE COOLANTS-ASTM D1120
Supplied complete with Glassware, Heating unit, stand and a Glass Thermometer.
CONE PENETROMETER FOR CEMENT MORTAR - IS 2250
As per IS 2250-1965 (Annex A),For determining the consistency of masonry mortar.
TRIAXIAL CELL - 38MM & 50MM DIA SOIL SPECIMEN
A triaxial cell is a crucial component in the triaxial shear test of soil to determine soil shear strength parameters, particularly the cohesion and angle of internal friction. The triaxial cell provides a controlled environment where soil samples can be subjected to stress conditions similar to those encountered in the ground, including both confining pressure and axial stress.
COMPRESSION FRAME JIG ASSEMBLY AS PER - EN 196
This jig is designed for testing of 40 x 40 x 160mm cement prism after breaking in Flexure and also can be adapted with 50mm platen to test 2” or 50mm mortar cement cube specimen. This jig can be fitted to Compression Test Machine.
