PRESSURE AGEING VESSEL - ASTM D6521-13
The Pressure Aging Vessel (PAV) provides simulated long term aged asphalt binder for physical property testing. Asphalt binder is exposed to heat and pressure to simulate in-service aging over a 7 to 10 year period. The basic PAV procedure takes RTFO aged asphalt binder samples, places them in stainless steel pans and then ages them for 20 hours in a heated vessel pressurized to 305 psi (2.10 MPa or 20.7 atmospheres). Samples are then stored for use in physical property tests. Vacuum Degassing Oven (VDO) & Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) are available at extra cost.

BITUMEN SAMPLER
Bitumen Samplers (Tube Type and Scoop Type) are designed for safe and accurate sampling of bitumen in accordance with BIS 1201 standards. Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant material, these samplers ensure reliable collection of representative bitumen samples from storage tanks, drums, or containers. Suitable for laboratory and field use, they provide ease of operation and consistent sampling for quality control and testing purposes.
PLANETARY MIXER
It consists of three parts: heating pot, stirrer and Lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating pot can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to 250 ℃, and the temperature can be controlled automatically. The agitator is composed of a mixing head, a motor and a mixing paddle. During operation, the mixing paddle rotates and rotates in the pot to mix the mixture. The mixing time is controlled by timer and can be set arbitrarily in the range of 1-9999 seconds. The lifting mechanism is composed of motor, belt reducer, lead screw and other components, which is used to realize the lifting of agitator. When feeding or discharging, the agitator rises to the highest position, while when mixing, the agitator drops to the lowest position.
BITUMEN EXTRACTOR
