WINDOW AIR CONDITIONING TEST RIG-
Window air conditioner test rig. Capacity : 0.75 TR, Refrigerant : R 22. Detailed Specification as follows:
VAPOUR ABSORPTION TYPE REFRIGERATOR
"Vapour Absorption Refrigerator" earlier known as "Electrolux" refrigerator is an self contained refrigerator working on absorption technology. Detailed Specification as follows:
ICE PLANT TRAINER-
The Ice Plant Test Rig works on a simple Vapour Compression Refrigeration Cycle using environment-friendly refrigerants R134a or R404A. It enables students to observe the ice formation process and understand the working, performance, and controls of a vapour compression refrigeration system.
SPLIT AC TRAINER-
The Split Air Conditioning Test Rig unit is required to conduct experiments and demonstrate the process of cooling of atmospheric air. The unit will be fitted with all instruments facilities so that temperature, pressure etc. may be measured at different points in the Split air conditioning system.
WATER COOLER TRAINER-
'THE WATER COOLER' Test Rig enables students to study and understand Vapour Compression Cycle, its components, principle and working. All the components are mounted on rigid steel frame. The trainer consists of a hermetically sealed compressor, forced convection air‑cooled condenser, filter / drier, flow meter, expansion device and coil wound type evaporator. Separate pressure gauges are provided to record suction and discharge pressures and digital temperature indicators for various temperatures. The refrigerant used is R‑134 a which is environment friendly.
COOLING TOWER TEST RIG
Test Rig enables students to study and understand Cooling Tower, its components, principle and working. Cooling towers are a very important part of many chemical plants. The primary task of a cooling tower is to reject heat into the atmosphere. They represent a relatively inexpensive and dependable means of removing low‑grade heat from cooling water. The make‑up water source is used to replenish water lost to evaporation. Hot water from heat exchangers is sent to the cooling tower. The water exits the cooling tower and is sent back to the exchangers or to other units for further cooling.
REFRIGERATION TEST RIG
The REFRIGERATION test rig works on simple vapor compression refrigeration cycle and uses R‑134a as a refrigerant. It is environment friendly refrigerant gas available in the market. The system is fabricated such that students can observe and study vapor compression cycle, its component principle & working. The arrangement of parts is such that, all the parts are visible, within reach and working can be easily understood
