Steam curing of concrete blocks is an energy extensive process and contributes to a significant portion of the block production cost. CO2 curing of concrete blocks consumes CO2, reduces energy consumption and produces dimensionally more stable products. This study investigated the strength development and weathering properties of steam- and CO2-cured full size lightweight concrete blocks.

BRE SCREED TESTER WITHOUT DIAL GAUGE
The BRE Screed Tester is designed to measure the soundness of a sand and cement floor screed. The device consists of a 1 m long, cylindrical guide rod, along which an annular weight of 4kg (or 2kg) travels when released. At the bottom of the guide rod the weight strikes the collar of a case-hardened steel anvil which transmits the impact to the surface of the screed. Four successive impact blows on the same spot are sufficient to test the soundness of the screed. The depth of indentation is measured with an electric or mechanical depth gauge. At the end of taking readings, a number of statistical values are then calculated and printed from the data. Guidance is given on the use of the screed tester for testing floating screeds using a 2 kg annular weight in place of the 4 kg weight normally used.
UNIVERSAL LOAD FRAME - DIGITAL - 50 KN-
The Universal load frame is a system designed for carrying out 3 different tests, mainly CBR Test, Unconfined Compression test and Marshal Stability test. The Load Frame is equipped with a Digital Speed indicator on which any pre-defined speed can be digitally set. There no gear and lever to mechanically adjust the loading speed. The Load can be measured either by a Proving ring or Digital Load Indicator . Similarly, the displacement can be measured by Dial Gauge or LVDT.Digital Universal Load indicator with LVDT and software are offered separately. Client can also use his own proving ring and dial gauge if he so desires. Cost of Load Frame only.
UNIVERSAL LOAD INDICATOR - MARSHAL - CBR - UCS
TOUCH SCREEN UNIVERSAL LOAD INDICATOR - CONTROLLER - can be used to conduct the marshal, CBR and UCS test. The indicator will come complete with load cell - 50 kN and LVDT - 25 mm.

The machine is designed to determine the creep of the concrete cylindrical mold subject to sustain longitudinal compressive load as per ASTM C 512. The test method is limit to concrete in which the max aggregate size does not exceed 50 mm. The machine will be supplied with DAQ for the stain gauge and 10 pieces of stain gauge of Type -BF120-60mm,Resistance- 120ohm ,lead wire -25-30mm. It will also supplied with EPOXY ADHESIVE to paste of the sample and cable to solder the stain gauges.
